MaineHealth Citrix Workspace

Step 1: Download and run ReceiverCleanupUtility:

• Press [Enter] to initiate an uninstall of previous Citrix receiver versions
• When prompted press [N] to ignore the prompt to send data to Citrix
• Press any key to exit the cleanup utility

Step 2: Download and run Citrix Workspace 22.03 LTSR

• Press [Start] to initiate the install
• Place a check in the 'I accept the license agreement' box > Next 
• Ensure 'Enable single sign-on' is not checked > Next
• Wait for the installer to complete and accept any defaults you see on-screen. 

Step 3: Reboot

Step 4: Open MaineHealth AppsPortal
